Eric
Buena health and fitness is a really nice place to work out. I worked out there nearly every day for two years, and I never felt unwelcome, hardly ever had to wait for a weight, and never went broke because of it.

A great place to work out, no wait to use equipment since there is so much to choose from. Hank (owner) is a world class individual and always there to help. Really an inspiration to the rest of us. I highly recommend this gym if you are serious about getting in shape, $19/month is a deal! Why pay over $60 elsewhere?
