Shipping is now 4 days past the 3-4 day shipping haven't heard anything back from them . I will not be ordering from them ever again . Horrible customer service and where the heck is my wetsuit ?

Bought a long sleeve shorty wetsuit from Buell 16 months ago. The warranty is good for 12 months. I loved that wetsuit until today. Took it off after a surf and the thing is completely unravelling. The thread is pulling out and the seams are splitting because the thread is pulling. I'm SOL. And after buying a wetsuit that is stickered up more than a NASCAR race car, I'm done with Buell. Bye bye.

The suit was too small. I’m 6’5” 240 lbs and purchased the XXXL. After purchasing it I find out sale items are not returnable. If this is true it’s against any policy I’ve ever seen in the clothing business. People have to be allowed to try something on and return it if it doesn’t fit. There appears to be no customer service phone number or dept. A month has passed and nobody has contacted me.

Customer Service is unprofessional and does not do a thorough job. Buell said product was in stock. I placed the order they Took the money. Then all of a sudden its not in stock and noone contacted us about it. I had to contact them. 2 almost 3 weeks later and they didnt seem to care to much. We are no longer going to run Buell not worth the hassle. Have a great day and God Bless
