The movers were respectful, professional, and efficient the entire time. They even re-taped and re-packed some of my do-it-yourself boxes so everything was secure and arrived safely. Expanded my business recently, and after finding the perfect location, and market we decided to start relocating the new business office, and a few of my managers and employees to the west coast in Boca Raton, Florida recently due to the expansion, and the opportunities in South Florida and in Palm beach County — I came across Budget Moving Services after calling about shipping containers, UPACK, etc (didn’t meet all my needs with the labor required) found out they offered everything I needed which was just a full- service moving and packing company for the long-distance move from Los Angeles, California to Boca Raton, Florida. Their movers were top tier, and they provided exactly what I had in mind in terms of professional one-stop-shop professional moving service. They exceeded all expectations. The expert packing wrapping and protection of my office furniture, IT equipment, computers, computers, tools and other equipment for work. And I mean they PROFESSIONALLY PACKED EVERYTHING with the full-service packing. They had used padded moving blankets on all items not in boxes, and even had the electronics & other fragile and high-end equipment custom-crated. The moving crew were quality and easy to work with. Very attentive, precise and professional with the level of carefully handling and transporting all of my work equipment. The communication was excellent from the movers AND from Budget Movings Support & Dispatch department. Constant real-time updates for the pickup & delivery dates and times. Everything arrived safely, on schedule, and the movers even unloaded, unwrapped, and reassembled all the desks for me and placed all items back into the requested rooms. From the initial call with Nicholas with the sales team to the movers delivery and the unload, unpacking, and the reassembly of my furniture for the shared load long distance moving services they offered from Salt Lake City, Utah to delivery in Trenton, New Jersey. The entire process from the sales process, the movers, the on time pickup and delivery —were executed perfectly, you could tell these movers and the company know exactly how to work as a team and it showed in their work ethic. They provided help with packing, disassembly and reassembly, and flexible dates. Excellent company, personalized services for all customers and any interstate move. Was going to use PODS, U-PACK, or U-Haul’s version of their shipping container for my 2-Bedroom apartment. After getting some price online through some moving quote calculators it seemed reasonable! Then I made the phone call to both PODS and U-Haul regarding their U-BOX and when the moving calculator said $3000 it really meant $4200-$5000… called U-Haul, was told I needed 2-shipping containers, so another moving quote around $4800… looked into movers, and came across Budget Moving Services for their LTL-Shipping services, which just meant I only pay for the exact amount of cubic feet I needed.. and the professional moving cost for their long-distance moving services were flat-rate AND all-inclusive, and came out to $3300. Budget Moving and their entire team were beyond helpful with making sure they were accommodating to all my needs and requirements for the move. They offered full-service moving, and packing. I didn’t have to do anything other than pack my boxes, TV, and slip my mattress into a plastic protector!! Everything met my expectations, and their packing was top-notch. Making sure everything was properly handled, and secured for transport so everything arrived in the same condition. Was 100% an stress-free long distance moving experience from Seattle, Washington to Fort Worth, Texas (needed to drop off some furniture at my sisters house, which they were able to accommodate for me) and then final delivery in Houston, Texas! Using Budget Moving, and their personalized moving and packing nationwide moving services was the best phone-call I had made... Quoting process was easy, crew was friendly & fast.
