I love all the Buddha herbal teas I purchased especially since specific herbal teas are hard to find in market and herbal shops. I drink them without sugar to enjoy the natural flavors of the herbs. Buddha teas have become the only brand for me because of the health benefits associated with ingesting natural herbs without other additives or fillers which actually helps strengthen the immune system and stress relief.

Love Buddha Teas. Tried several of their flavors now. My favorites are the peppermint CBD and the green tea. I’ve ordered directly from their website and also from amazon and never experienced any issues. Will continue to purchase and may even try some new flavors.

Tl;dr: Excellent customer service and superb quality tea. I ordered 8 boxes of tea, one of which was Goldenseal (a favorite in my household). I noticed my order hadn’t shipped in the 12 days since I placed my order, so I contacted customer service. I was informed the Goldenseal was out of stock, and they didn’t know when it would be in stock. They gave me the option of waiting for the tea to be in stock, or removing the Goldenseal from my order and having the rest shipped - I chose the latter. I was given a full refund for the Goldenseal and still given free shipping. Also, customer service (Xylina) responded to several emails so promptly we were practically instant messaging each other. So in addition to having superb quality teas, Buddha teas also has superb customer service. I already buy my herbal teas nearly exclusively from Buddha Teas, so I will be buying again. But for others, I highly recommend Buddha teas for the quality and customer service.
