So, I'm in college. As you might suspect, I'm almost always perpetually sleep-deprived. I've always been a huge coffee fan-I think black coffee tastes like fox pee, so I add an excessive amount of milk and sugar. I’m Indian, so I love my Chai as well. Again, with milk and sugar. I seem to be lactose intolerant so you can guess the digestive issues that might have come out of this. It also didn’t bode well for my ability to focus in class. I decided to embark on a journey to take better care of myself, and on a whim, purchased these teas out of curiosity. I’m not going to claim that these teas will cure all of your woes. But here are some things I’ve noticed. According to my app, which tracks the quality of sleep, I’ve been sleeping much better since I started drinking either Calm Buddha or Sleepy Temple at night. Calm Buddha and Pure Mind have also helped when I’m feeling anxious before class or an exam. I’ve noticed that my body odor has reduced, as has my bad breath. I’m attributing this to the chlorophyll in these teas. The digestive system teas allow me to drink coffee without dealing with the nasty side effects. A few months back, I scraped my hand against a rough surface and the area became rough and scaly. Chemical exfoliants only irritated and creams didn’t work. Within a week or so of drinking these teas, it became sooo smooth. I also used to have discoloration around my knuckles, caused by not moisturizing properly during winter. That isn’t completely gone, but it reduced a lot. The discoloration on my face went away almost completely, so I’ve stopped wearing foundation. I wish I had taken pictures. I also caught some sort of virus recently (not COVID, but something similar). I felt awful, and this was during midterms. I drank the Divine Immunity and Cold Weather blends religiously, and they helped me feel more alive. The congestion and phlegm didn’t worsen. The taste takes some getting used to, for someone who’s used to a ton of sugar. However, after a few days, I actually looked forward to my tea. I do wish they gave more tea in each bag. Honestly, I can't pinpoint which tea helped with which, because I’ve been drinking almost all of them. I’ve always been a skeptical person. There’s a chance that this is all just a result of the placebo effect. Whatever it is, it’s helped me a lot.

Tea has a great taste to is relaxing.

I ordered some teas for my daughter, but omitted part of her address. Buddha Teas didn't bat an eye, they just resent the package with no charge to me. I will send more packages to both my children. Budda Teas are one of my favorite retailers. Excellent teas. I especially like the Chakra teas.

Never got notified that it was sent out for delivery, so I wasn't sure when to expect it, but I really enjoy the quality of the tea and would definitely try a different variety in the future.
