Second time I've bought from Buddha Tea. Overall experience was great; however, I ordered an item that was not in stock. I was not notified nor was the website updated on the matter. I waited for a week, then emailed the customer service. Problem was resolved, it was no big deal. Customer service was helpful, and responded on a timely matter. So far, I love all the Teas I've ordered. I recommend their products.
