Hello JF, We do observe 2-3 business days for processing, and our default shipment service is USPS Ground which typically takes 5-7 business days. With the past Memorial Day holiday, it may have delayed your shipment. Inconsistent amounts in tea bags
I recently purchased 3 boxes of Rasberry Pu-ehr tea, after learning that drinking Pu-erh tea in the morning, helps shrink fat cells. The first box of tea was wonderful. Nice flavor & consistency from each tea bag. I only need a tiny pinch of stevia powder to sweeten & it's delicious. The second box of tea bags I tried, however, seemed to contain much less tea per tea bag, & even after steeping for 5 minutes, the tea come out really weak & pale in color. For an expensive tea, I expected better quality control over consistency of contents. I'm hoping it was just the one batch which that box was from.
