Still haven't received my order
Still haven't received my order. Tried contacting them about it and got no reply. Company says it shipped package using USPS but package was shipped using FedEx.

Well to start I ordered Your products…Order not Received
Well to start I ordered Your products over a Month ago and still haven’t received it. I was sent a email that my order was being prepared and shipped a month ago but still haven’t received a notice or Your product. I have been patient. But at this point i am thinking about reporting it to my payment provider. One more week and I’ll take that step. People don’t have time to try keeping up with calling asking about their order.

Hello Ike, This order is marked as "pending" which means that the pay by check/money order option was selected. The process of paying by check/money order is as follows: After the order is placed, a check or money order is mailed to Buddha Teas 3305 Tyler Street Carlsbad, CA 92008 Once we received the payment, the order is then invoiced and shipped. Extremely dissatisfied customer
Extremely dissatisfied customer. I wasted money this past christmas on a variety of flavors to give as gifts to family and friends. Disappointed every time. The "CBD" had zero flavor or CBD (a simple potency test would prove this) & was priced at over twenty dollars. The others were just weak and tasteless according to all accounts. My bad - I believed the false claims - lesson learned.

I really enjoy tea
I really enjoy tea, especially green teas. I purchased $100 worth of tea from a company I never heard of (Buddha). After almost 2 weeks, no tracking number or acknowledgement of my order. I kept getting requests to review the product by google. I felt there must have been a scam or something was up. If your stock is low tell your customer. I emailed and let them know if they can’t fulfill my order, cancel it. They canceled it with no explanation. Really poor customer service.

Horrible customer service
I placed an order with Buddha, but never received a shipping confirmation order. I contacted Buddha today about what my order status was and for theb1st time they sent me a tracking number that showed my order was delivered almost 3 weeks ago. Buddhas only comment was to contact the post office. I even asked if I could reorder and they said no. I would have paid for the order, but they were not helpful at all and I informed them I would order from someone else. I will not recommend Buddha.

Barbara, I am sorry that you had a bad customer service experience. Due to the fact that your item was delivered to a parcel locker, our staff is unable to re-ship your order free of charge. I do apologize that you did not receive a tracking number. I can verify that we did experience email issue with our website that have since been resolved. I suggest you pick up your package from the parcel locker. If you can verify that the package was returned we are more than happy to re-ship your order free of charge.
