I ordered my braclet on April 15 but they shipped it out 5 days later on April 20. It's been 19 days ago since I placed the order still haven't received it. The website order page is tricky. It has several bracelets on the page so when i ckick9to order the black feng shui obsidian it automatically charged me for 2 orders for a black braclet also. I called immediately to cancel the entire order the very same day and was told it shipped already. But my tracking number sjow9it shipped 5 days later. I was also told to return the order unopened when it arrives. I will put a post on my Facebook page and IG to warn future buyers to beware. I'm reporting them to BBB and FTC, Attorney Gen Office. Whom ever can stop these people.

Hopefully my dispute to PayPal will approve and get my money back!!!! The UPS tracking number they gave is fake!!! Untraceable!!!! Scammers!!!! I will report to facebook their adds!!! Don't use credit card or debit card on this website they will ripped you off!

This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased from with a useless customer service section. I purchased an item in March it’s now May with no news whatsoever. They sent me tracking details showing it left China 3/4/20. I have been left with no option but to raise an issue with PayPal to get a refund. No matter how good their items appear to be stay well clear. If you do purchase use PayPal. This company will take your money then wash their hands of you 😡😡

I ordered 2 bracelets ($39) on April 2, Was charged $39 immediately, and now it is May 2, and nothing. when i go on their website, it says it was shipped on April 8, however tracking says its been in inglewood california since April 8. Please dont buy anything from them, heed all the negative reviews here, this is a scam company in China, their information on their website says they are in Delaware, that is a lie. If you buy anything from them you might as well just throw your money away.

Yes, I admit it. I saw this thing and thought it would make a nice gift for a friend but against my better judgment going through the website they put more in front of me and all I wanted was the bracelet. Alarm bells were ringing but I foolishly ignored them until it was too late. It is my belief that they are operating from China and therefore untouchable, however, websites like this one and a few postings on Facebook and my blog might slow down the damage. If you look closely at China it really isn't a good country, hight corruption, money drives all, and the ability to blame everybody else for their shortcomings than themselves. We should be doing business with them period. Their human rights abuses are horrendous on so many levels you could liken them with the Nazi's in the forties. They are bribing their way across the Pacific and little do the people know on these small islands that they soon with be run by them, and they won't get a say in the matter. Dirty money underhanded tricks is this really a country we should be supporting? It might seem impossible but I just want you to consider everything you buy, where does it come from and if it is Chinese DONT BUY IT, even if it is cheaper pay a little more and keep American, Australian, British New Zealand good well-meaning democratic countries and it won't take long before we have the manufacturing power base back again and the world will be rid of the Chinses threat, because they are a threat, and I am not being racist saying it. We just need to curb their march across the pacific using their dollars because the weapons will come after to hold it there. The Japanese tried it but they used weapons straight off the bat and it was easy to see the intention, well, believe me, the Chinses have the same intent, it is neither honest or honorable and after it happens, it will be too late to change, all because we wanted to save a buck. I am telling you that the extra money it costs us now will be a lot less than the cost later. Here is where they hang out please contact this company and complain about the store they are hosting that it is a fraud, they will have rules around this kind of thing and if they don't act then call them out to, I am tired of all the scammers out there we can fight back but as a united front. I did post some information about the company hosting them and I found out I am not allowed to do that, so all you have to do is type in whois in your browser, put in the Buddha power link and hey presto it will you you the company details of who hosts that website. There are rules about these sites and it is in Canada, so if enough people write to this company and complain there is a good chance we can shut them down. Of course, they will just move on to the next hosting company of which there are many but most don't really care about the illegal activities of their clients just so lone as they get there to cut, but as I said write to them and if enough of us do that then at least we can cause then a little bit of grief Will Redfern

Rubbish been mugged off properly. Two rings Only worth £1 each( checked online too late than send and charged for 3 bracelets I didn’t ask for. £80 all of it

Placed 1 order, got double charged. Tried to call to get second charge removed, fake number (8339283342) only rings A HALF RING!! I wouldn’t have even chosen the “1 Star” But couldn’t leave this review of I didn’t!!

Although the product is really nice, customer service sucks. They have a member subscription which I signed up for. They took the $37 fee for February and March and I still have not gotten my merchandise. Because they don't have PayPal access I used my credit card, bad move on my part. I've try calling them about this and you get sent straight to a voicemail. I left my number several times and never got a call back. I googled their location, and their address on the website is bogus. Since I can't get through on the phone, I emailed about the situation and if I can the money taken out refunded back to me. They have no answer about my order and and I was told they don't give refunds. I told them I was going to contact my credit card if they didn't send me a tracking number for both orders. They sent me an incorrect tracking number for one order. Bottom line, do not subscribe for their membership.
