TOTAL SCAM. Leave any item(s) in your cart and don't even think of getting any type of refund if there's a problem with your order. If I could find a US office address, I'd contact that state's officials. They don't tell you or have any disclaimer that any returns have to be sent back to China. That cost can equal or exceed the original purchase. RIPOFF! If I didn't think karma would strike back, I'd wish a reverse on their Buddha Power.

Omg. I can not understand why this company is allowed to put out a perfect ad and commercial and be pure scammers, constantly taking people money. .I order a total of 5 bracelets on April 17, and I still do not have my purchase as of yet. I have sent a number of emails but to not the response I expected at all. Then they sent me a FAKE TRACKING NUMBER THAT STOPS IN CALIFORNIA with no name of company who picked up and sending it. Like it vanished in think air.

THE SHIPPING IS FROM CHINA. IT LOOKS FAKE AS WELL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! THEY RENT OUT AN EMPTY BUILDING IN OREGON BUT THERE IS NO ONE THERE! TOTAL SCAMMERS, BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BUDDHA POWER!

Would add 0 stars if could. This company is a disgrace. Like others I never received the package, received false tracking number etc. My 8 yr old daughter asked for this bracelet, and although I’m a bit sceptic about the power of charms, I do like her to believe in hope and magic, especially at these trying times. I can’t tell you how sad it’s been to explain that the bracelet didn’t come due to people that are heartless and vile, who will steal money under the name of hope. Shame on this company. I can only hope that these reviews will help others to avoid predators like this.

Be careful with this company I escalated for my refund on Paypal since they refused to respond. scammers scammers scammers be....warned

If I could give zero star I would .. what a disgusting scam of robbers, I ordered my bracelet 9th april rec a text & email advising me it was dispatched. I clicked on the tracking number which was totaly fake, after numerous emails with fobbed off replies I still have no goods, they state on the site they are in america however country of origin for dispatch is china ... major scam these should be closed down. I have now after 25 days opened a case with paypal in the hopes of a refund I only wish I had checked these reviews before buying 😡😡😡
