Terrible company. I ordered three items from them and still items not yet received and tracking number is not working. Even I can not enter in to my account which I was created and now they asking for me to pay additional 50% of the order. This is purely scam and another terrible Chinese company who bullying with people. Please do not order from this site and escalate to your friends as well. No response from them at all.

I ordered merchandise from there and I’m still waiting on it. Going on 2 months. I’ve emailed and have gotten emails back saying that it didn’t go through. I’ve read other reviews and they are saying the same thing.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I received the Chakra Pendant and I want to return it due to lousy quality and small size. There are no colored stones, just SPARKLES!!! They don’t answer emails, phone calls, or chats. I had a one-sided chat with myself!!! LOUSY TERRIBLE SERVICE, really, there is NO SERVICE!!!! I would give them MINUS 100 STARS FOR SERVICE!!!

Another Worthless company from China scamming Americans! I order a month ago. After a few days of ordering I was advised it was (being shipped). Since then I've received no tracking information or any other information regarding the actual order. All I've ever received was numerous adds for more of their junk they will obviously never send. I've attempted contacting them numerous times but only received the same BS that they are looking into it. PayPal is also a joke when it comes to these scams. They have failed to properly assist me, and even have given me the wrong information about a different order. Don't waist your time with PayPal. File a fraud charge with your bank. I've received my money back from the bank regarding other issues like this. Yet months later and PayPal is still so-called investigating!!!

Liers total scam artist do not buy from this fraudulent fake company as soon as I ordered a black obsidian wealth bracelet which I payed for on PayPal but unfortunately as a guest so now I can’t open a dispute claim in the resolution center because there is no proof of my purchase history on this item and when I call PayPal due to covid 19 they are not accepting any phone calls the store is a scam they send me a fake tracking number saying my order is awaiting pickup out of California this is 2 months ago I emailed and left phone messages multiple times with no response other than a computer generated we are looking into it do not buy from this company total scam thank God I only lost 25.00 I wish I had checked if this website was a scam before purchasing from them I found out about this company in the first place from watching a tear jerking ad on YouTube so I thought it was legitimate who would have thought otherwise

I have been fooled too as I too have bought from the company a bracelet it’s been 4-5 days and I haven’t received any confirmation or tracking number.. I saw all the reviews and understood that this company is a scam.. I have sent messages to their Facebook messenger page as well as emails and I have not got any proper response.. total scam of a company and tricks people.. please do not buy from them
