“Still haven’t received my order from Buddha Power Store after 3 MONTHS?” (Ordered on March 14, 2020) after multiple attempts inquiring about the tracking # & details (UPS is now investigating where the package is stuck in limboin Hawthorn, CA since May 19th without any further shipping details???) yet Buddha Power Store won’t send a new bracelet or a REFUND after a 3 month delivery delay? After each email requesting a status update inquiring where it is, how to cancel the order and get a refund. I always get a boiler plate response: Graciella (CS Support) Buddha Power Store Support says: I know you have been waiting patiently. Your order is currently in transit. Orders in the United States usually take 7-20 days from the date of ordering, we use air freight for all our shipments. I DONT THINK WAITING PAST 90 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE IS REALISTIC AND NEED A REFUND ASAP! I place hundreds of online international orders (China, EU, Middle East and South America) and this is the first order lost, delayed and not received, or replaced or refunded after requesting it. SCAM!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I placed an order in February, supposedly shipped in March, now it’s June, and still no order. They have given weak excuses in their original replies, but now they don’t even respond to emails. Promoting Love and Light is a joke, they are just out to steal your money. Avoid them at all costs.

I’ve called them 3 times left messages, they delivered to an unknown address... so Like $50 wasted!!! I’m on a Disability Income so this really Stinks!💩😡🤯

Ive been waiting for my order 3months now its fully paid i never received it it shows in the address is from US 11923 NE Sumner St Portland, Oregon 97220 but after you paid it show its coming from China still ive been messaging the FB buddha power they reply but they can't give an answer when can i get my item the reason is because of covid19 and we don't even have a problem in mail.post I've been ordering in amazon Alibaba they came.in so i spend almost 100ndollars nothing came in someone help me please for my direct complaint its no fair and still they keep on emailing me to buy more? .. don't trust this company. 👎👎👎

Scammers, lies and excuses. No money back and no item. They lie and make excuses and try to wait out the whole payday process to scam you. don't buy from this scammer site, they won't deliver

Horrible service they do not give you your money back. They dont answer their phone once you recieve it they dont answer your emails. And they say bundle one price and charge you another price. The phone number recording says leave your name and number. I tried to cancel seconds after I ordered they could not because it had been shipped. Then they said after I recieved it I could cancel. I emailed them saying I recieved it and needed a return address they never answered me. Sent multiple emails completely ignored me. Dont buy from them bad to no costumer service.

They will issue you a tracking number which does not work, then tell you it has left their depot, which is a lie, as a few weeks later they will tell you it's about to be picked up, you cannot track the parcel, now my emails are bouncing back un-delivered, no one will pick up a phone, WHY IS THIS COMPANY NOT BEEN CLOSED DOWN BY THE POWERS THAT LOOK AFTER WEBSITES??? USE YOUR BANK, PAYPAL ARE ABOUT AS USELESS AS A CHOCOLATE FIRE GUARD.

I don't know how many times I have to email this COMPANY. I placed my order on 04/17/2020 for the total amount of $74.90. According to their email and the USPS website it was mailed out on 05/13/2020 and my package has been supposedly in Hawthorn, CA for the past 22 days since it was to be "mailed to me." I have tired calling the company several times and even contacted the shipping company and the USPS to try and find this supposed package. COVID-19 or not this is ridiculous!! I have ordered items from other companies shipping out of China that has arrived to me faster than this!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!! THIS IS 100% SCAM!!
