I also experienced tracking numbers that were not recognized, delay in shipment, and unanswered emails. I escalated my claim asap with Paypal and had a quick response from the third shipping company telling me it was shipped. After 24 days, I received it. I am happy with the quality of the items received. They looked exactly as what were advertised. Yes, the products were made in China, not USA. If I didn’t get the run around from the beginning, I would have rated this company higher. I gave three stars just because I received my order less than 40 days. All that extra stress was unnecessary. Paying with Paypal was the best thing I could have done. They responded to the case swiftly.
