Hi, We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed withdrawal. We have mentioned in FAQ that withdrawals can be delayed for new users, not more than 8 days though. Also, recently we were undergoing a security upgrade which caused it to further delay it. Your withdrawal has been processed now already. Also, your future withdrawals will be processed much faster now, generally within 24 hours. Only 1st withdrawal is delayed sometimes in order to prevent fraud.
