Life time warranty my foot. Don't be fooled! I have a buck 121bks that broke in half while skinning a deer and they refuse to replace it because they claim it's not a manufacture defect. We'll, I guess buck has really lost sight on quality because if you can't even skin a deer without it breaking in half, what good is it.

I own more than a dozen BUCK knives but I wasn’t happy with my most recent purchase and left a so-so review. They didn’t publish it. Apparently they only publish 4 and 5 star reviews. Never contacted me about my review, just didn’t publish it. Seems REAL shady.

Terrible customer service experience. Knives are great but service after point of sale is reason enough to avoid.

Great knives but their customer service SUCKS!! Don' waste your time emailing them, they are to busy playing on their phones than to be concerned to reply to customers questions. Worst customer service...PEROID!! Good thing their knives are excellent because their customer service is way below adverage and TOTALLY SUCKS!! JUST SAYIN...

They advertised a very nice folding knife (Spitfire 722) over tiktok. I was really excited only to find out it was impossible to get. They have a configuration, so they could technically do it, but only tell people to go in store. There's no store where I live and who drives to pick a knife these days.. Really deceived

Two extracts from recent emails to Buck Knives: June 2024: "Please find enclosed my Buck 110 folding hunter knife which I return for repair or replacement after it developed a fault. As you can see, the knife no longer closes properly and doesn’t always stay locked properly in the open position. So it’s no longer safe to use." August 2024: "I'd like to have my knife back, please. It sent to you for a warranty repair over 9 WEEKS AGO. You acknowledge that it arrived, that you would repair it under warranty and that you would return it. But nothing's arrived. I sent you a reminder a week ago but you ignored it." . . . and still no knife & no response. Sad :-(
