The EXTREME lack of communication with the staff I almost caused me to pull my request for help away. Had I not been at the end of my rope, I would've just walked away. I asked for a certain dollar amount and they approved me for more then that. Which was fine. However I didn't know about it, until my lawyer called and informed me about it. They send out these text messages daily to "I form you about the status, or if you need to communicate back with the", they say you can respond back to the messages. However when you do ask a question. They NEVER get back to you. Trying to speak to a real person is next to impossible also. Seems they're either always on lunch or out of the office. They charge a service and processing fee, then if you want a wire transfer or any other payment method, they charge an additional fee for processing that. Like really, you need to charge for another service fee. My opinion, would be to do your homework and get quotes before licking into anything long term. However the only plus side, is they have the cheaper of the intrest rates out there.
