I am pleased with the kind of customer service I received. However, I was a little disappointed with only receiving $1,000 after I asked for $5,000. Even still I am grateful to you for considering me and granting me the amount you did. It helped me pay my insurance, even though I didn’t have anything left. I am ok with that. I will make it work as best as I can. However, if you had allowed me to get the $5,000, I would be able to pay my other bills like utilities, and car note.
