Our only expectation was that the container was delivered. We received the container so happy with that. The delivery came 40 minutes after the delivery window (2-6) and the doors are very hard to open. I left long enough to call to see where they were and they delivered while I was gone. We can no longer use our driveway the way it was parked, but it’s there, and the price was very fair. We will worry about moving it or adding new driveway. We appreciate that we got it the day we needed it.

We do want to apologize for the delivery arriving later than expected and for any inconvenience caused by the container placement and door operation.
The delivery location was extremely limited to non-existent cell service, which unfortunately made real-time communication difficult and impacted our ability to coordinate more effectively.
Regarding the door issue, we’re not assuming the ground is unlevel, but in our experience, minor uneven areas of the ground where the container is placed can sometimes affect how container doors perform.
When you contacted your sales representative about the issue, we immediately offered to send out a service truck to resolve it. However, before that option could be fully communicated, we understand you chose to grease and adjust the doors yourself. That said, our offer still stands if you're still experiencing any problems or would prefer a professional assessment, we’re happy to send a technician to your location to evaluate and address the issue properly.

Update:
I changed my rating to a 5 star, as Buckeye Container Carriers made everything correct. In fact, I would give them a 6 out of 5 if possible, I am 110% satisfied. With my issues, they were fast, prompt and eager to make things right. I do highly recommend them if you are in need of a container. I also want to mention, in the beginning they worked with me on getting the size, color, number of usage trips and mfr date I truly wanted. Amanda was on top of the process, making sure it went as smooth as possible, she was great to work with. If in the future I need/want another container, Buckeye Container Carriers will be where I go. I only gave this rating of 2 stars for 2 main reasons below. The price and timing were perfect.
1) The Container was exactly what I wanted and needed. However, there was a defect that was not disclosed to me. There was a 4" square hole on top in the lifting rail next to where the stacking Lock Mech inserts, it missed the hole and made its own. Since it was in the rail, there was no damage to the interior or integrity of the container being sealed. I had to place a patch on it and sealed it, as it held water which if left as is would eventually rust thru.
2) To no fault to the driver, the trailer brakes lock up when it arrived, which hindered the driver's ability to bring the container into position. During this process multiple ruts, some very deep were created in the driveway and grassy areas beside the driveway. The driver was so frustrated that once at the pad insisted, he couldn't place it where I needed it. He said he needed 140' to unload, whereas the signed delivery document stated only 110' were needed. After some convincing from my neighbors and me, we got the driver to put in place where I wanted it. Thank GOD for my neighbors being there otherwise I would be hiring a Track Hoe to move it in place right now.

We're glad to hear the container itself met your expectations in terms of size, condition, and timely delivery. That said, we want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered.
Regarding the damage found in the lifting rail: we were unaware of this issue at the time of delivery, as it was located in a hidden area not typically visible during standard inspection. Before this review was posted, we had already reached out and requested photos for our records and so we could send out a service truck to professionally repair the issue to industry standards. That offer still stands, and we’re happy to make it right.
In addition, we also offered to repair the ruts caused by the delivery equipment. While the braking issue with the trailer was beyond the driver’s control, we absolutely understand your frustration and are committed to correcting the impact it had on your property.
