I was excited when I received one as a gift. As you reveal the worth of your ring you are bombarded with multiple marketing techniques that will get you to purchase multiple times. I am ashamed to say I ordered 3 times, each time getting promised “this” purchase would result in a premium ring worth more than the $15-$20 price point. Every ring reveal leads you to another marketing way to have you order more. If you want a costume jewelry ring worth more than $20, just go buy one at a regular jewelry store. I have to say it’s a genius marketing idea that gets people to keep buying. The bath bombs themselves are sub par. I recommend staying away from the company.

First of all you charged my account $28 and some

I placed an order....got 2 different tracking numbers, both invalid. Took forever to get my order then a couple of weeks later I was billed for something I didn't order. When I complained I was told I had bought a monthly subscription. I did no such thing!! They took money from my bank account without notice and I don't appreciate that at all. Now, let's talk about the rings inside the bombs.....absolute crap!! Ugly and extremely cheap. Give your hard earned money to Charmed Aroma...at least your finger won't turn green when you wear their rings. Bottom line....terrible company to deal with and I will never place anohter order.

If I could give this a ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years now, and I have to honestly say this company has by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They aren’t willing to work with you on anything, they pretty much tell you your (blank) (since you can’t post with swear words)***out of luck! THEN JUST RECENTLY THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD FOR A PURCHASE I NEVER MADE NOR DID I APPROVE IT!!! When I called to see why they had told me well sorry but you were subscribed to our subscription. Which is absolute BS because of the mere fact that a week before this happened I had such a terrible experience with them that I told them to take me off of any subscription they have me on, take me off their call and email list, because I never wanted to do business with them again!!! And then after all of that Ofcourse I see on my account that there was money taken out for bubbly belle... at that point I was very angry!! So this happened over 2 1/2 weeks ago, and I’m still dealing with it. There was no way for them to cancel the order, there was no way for me to refuse the package when fedex dropped it off, and they told me I would have to pay for the shipping costs to send back to them if I didn’t want it. Which I told them whatever if that’s what I got to do to get my money back from you thieves then so be it, cause I most definitely did not want what they seemed to purchase for me without me knowing! So update as today. Once the package arrived I took it to my local post office and had them refuse it and send back to shipper. AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. So now again I’m going to have to call them right now for the 10th time all because they took money out of my account without my knowledge and sent me something I never order nor wanted!!!! I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN WHATS SO EVER!!! YOU FUYS LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS LOTS OF MONEY, but I expect to be treated the right way, and I expect a company to have outstanding customer service. Cause what is customer service or a company without it’s good loyal customers??!! And I also expect a company to be honest and trust worthy!! And BUBBLYBELLE IS NONE OF THOSE!!! So utterly disappointed !!!!

I ordered the heal bomb. I wasn't impressed with the ring at all but I ordered for the bomb so I decided to go ahead and use it. It smelled really good but I had an allergic reaction to it that I am still dealing with today. Money wasted and more money has to be spent for treatment.

I ordered bath bombs over a month ago and I still haven’t received them not even tracking. And today it took another 30$ out of my account when I didn’t order anything and I didn’t get the monthly subscription. I’ll never be ordering from them again.

I placed an order on Jan 6th and charged. On Jan 13th my package was sent. It has been shipped around state to state and 4 calls later they realized the zip code was incorrect. I entered my zip code correct and they even have an automated mailing list suggestion. I clicked that because I live at an apartment so the order of the mailing looks weird fine. *However the representative tried to argue that they only receive information from the consumer* that is a LIE. It has be 20 days. 20! Only to call and ask for a supervisor do they "TRY" to offer solutions but you have to use the words yourself or they won't even offer you anything worth your time. I still haven't received my package and only AFTER READING all these other 1 star reviews it clear to see why. Even if my package arrives I know its going to be completely damaged from being shipped to KY to IN, then back to KY to Ohio, to Michigan and back to Ohio. When I called about what the heck is going on with Fedex, to Fedex they used the generic COVID has effected shipping. That would be reasonable if I wasn't watching my package get shipped between 3 states no where near Michigan. Once it WAS in Michigan it was shipped to OHIO. I have a 2nd separate order that is in transit. Ordered on the 22nd. If that one arrives before my original Jan 6th order Im not even going to bother calling their customer line. I'll dispute it with my bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I swear these bath bombs are the BIGGEST rip off!! I received my bubbly belle order today and I have some issues...the bath bombs smell AWFUL and left me feeling slimy and the rings all look like cheap quarter machine junk! I tried the first bath bomb hoping the ring inside looked better than the bonus ring and it was so much worse. But I tried another bath bomb (in the sink this time because I was already slimy and didn’t want to make it worse) not wanting to give up hope and it was worse than the first one! The last one (again in the sink) just really iced the cake for me. I swear it’s blue cut glass or hard plastic set in cheap metallic plastic! This is bull crap! I will NEVER order from bubbly belle again and i will definitely tell everyone I know not to waste their money either. I wish I could attach a picture of the JUNK I received.
