I was signed up for monthly subscription I did not want or need. I am disabled and unable to climb up the stairs to even access a tub. I canceled and return the first one with markings on escaping Return to Sender for full refund did not order. I received 2 more after that! The whole irony of the monthly subscription is if you break it down it cost more than just ordering one once a month! I had to get my credit card company involved to give them to stop sending them charging me. Be very careful with this company. I would not deal with them again given the choice.

I am happy with the bath bombs although I find them to be quite expensive after you get the $1 one. The rings leave a lot to be desired. They are cheap and turned my fingers green. Should only be made out of real sterling silver Will not purchase agaon.

I have been receiving emails about these products for a while now and I had never bought any.. so when I saw I could get one for $1 I decided to try it. The ring looks like one of those cheap ones from Walmart. And somehow my total from 11$ got bumped up to $20? I’m definitely disappointed. I could have just gotten a bath bomb from bath &body to be honest ☹️

I loved the bath bombs, they were quite large, but for what I paid for the full set for myself and for my daughter, I would have expected better quality rings. Not only did I receive duplicates, but they were all fake junk jewelry. When I contacted customer service about the duplicates they told me that I would have to pay to return and replace them. After what I paid to receive them in the first place, which took way too long to get, I didn't even bother. I can wear each ring about three or four times before the rhodium wears off and I am wearing a brass ring that turns my finger green!!! Very disappointed in the product!

I am so very disappointed. This was someone’s Christmas present that I ordered December 5, 2019. As of today, I still have NOT received my order. I emailed customer service 4 different times and a lady name Karen plus calling, AND still NOT a word from nobody. Bubbly Belle has my money and I’m out of the money and items. Looks like I can’t even get a refund. Never had this happen before.

I placed my order 11/25/2019. I still don’t have my order. I received the email stating my order was processed after over a week I contracted the company to check on the status since I never received a tracking number. They apologized and said they would redo my order and get it shipped out. On 12/13 I received another email stating the new order was processed. And again still waiting for a tracking number. No one can tell me when my order will ship or if I’ll even receive it before Christmas. I bought these bath bombs for Christmas gifts and now I’ll have to go out last minute to replace them if they don’t come in time.

I was ready to order from them a few months ago! It said free bath bomb and shipping, when I went to redeem it I was still having to pay for shipping. I decided not to because I had fallen for a similar thing which was a scam. Seems interesting! But I would be careful.
