I read some one else's review and it really described how it actually is. I clicked on the claim your gift for free it charged me 20 dollars, I fell for it twice and yes like a another one says... don't see this as an investment, they are cheap looking rings. What I like about this is the bath Bombs are Soo nice they are a delight, It's a treat for one after work or after everyone is off to bed and you through one in the tub it makes me feel good. We'll take care stay safe

Concerned I am now subscribed for the monthly payments due to accepting what I thought was supposed to be an extra reward I ended up paying an additional $19.95 for without any “review order.” Is there a way to cancel any monthly subscription if I am signed up for it?

I have had my bath bombs for a while and had not opened them. Just used the first one today, and the ring was pretty but not worth much. However, I think your company should offer to handle corporate events looking for new engagement tools for attendees. For example, a gala event could send one female and male attendee a ring purchased by the host in your bath bombs, to be randomly distributed ahead of time. The value of the ring could be later revealed at the event. This would be an excellent tool to highlight any event and promote participation. Also, consider making an individual bath bomb for individuals looking for unique ideas to propose marriage.

I put in a code I have from the bath bomb ring, and ended up spending almost 30$ when I thought I was just getting my free premium ring I won. I guess spending the money was the only way to receive your ring? Very misleading not too pleased. My mom gets these and give me them sometimes. I do not want a monthly subscription and I believe I am now subscribed from just wanting to get my premium ring. Hopefully this gets fixed cause I am not able to subscribe every month!!

The bombs smell great and my kids love watching them melt and change the colors of their bubbles. I got 3 bombs and 2 out of the 3(still need to do the last one) have the same ring. I figured there would be 3 different rings.

Excellent customer service! Ok maybe not all of the customer service is excellent. The bath bombs omg! These are not cheap poor quality ones you can find elsewhere. These are amazing. I have medical issues with my legs and feet, I used the massage 1 and it totally helped lessen the pain. I am very happy. The rings are a nice perk. Unfortunately I did notice that the price before you click to buy it is different from what you pay by about $3 each. That adds up. I sent a few emails and have heard nothing back. Rather disappointed. I was smart enough on my last order before subscription order to take screenshots. I even have the email back from "princess" who was like ,what are you complaining for you won a free ring worth up to $100. I really think the last few cs reps just didn't care. I cancelled my 2 subscriptions. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service now. O still love the products but the service has wrecked it.

Good customer service and products looks cool. But I’d really like to receive my order. Long shipping times. But the company is good
