I ordered bath bombs for the 1st time and was waiting for my email that said they'd shipped.. It had been some time so I emailed customer service and received a reply very promptly!! One of the bombs I ordered was on back order and they were out of my size in the free ring so I was asked if they could change the type of bath bomb and size on the ring... I accepted and received a new order confirmation very quickly!! Still awaiting my order to come but can't wait to try them out and see what rings I get!! Definitely a very, very helpful customer service rep that assisted me and a timely response as well!! Can't wait until my order arrives!! Will be back to let you know how the bombs and rings are!! 😉

I've ordered from this company several times now. Always enjoy the bath bombs and the rings are always very pretty! My boyfriend took his first soak tonight following major surgery. He used Destress and soaked much longer than usual. His stress level is definitely much lower.

This was my first order.I was really excited. Sadly I was missing a ring in my bath bomb.plus I thought my first ring was a square diamond ring.and missing that. It was amazing how it bubbles . When I can ,I cant wait to order again. I'm sure they will take care of the ring problem. Give them a chance. We all make mistakes. Thank you

I love the bath bombs! My bath has never been the same. My skin is soft and silky because these bath bombs. My rings, I can't get over! I love my rings. Happy to have these surprises in each bath bombs!!!

Their products are wonderful! Vibrant colors, vast variety of scents, fun themed designs and shapes, and reasonably priced. Their customer service is excellent and helpful. I highly recommend their bath bombs! Love having them shipped to me on a monthly basis.
