I had an issue on the site where for whatever reason I was unable to select just the $1 bath bomb. So I got to the cart thinking I could delete the two other bath bombs and couldn't do that either. So I stated my issue hoping to get some assistance but instead I was accused by the company of lying and was henceforth blocked on Instagram. VERY RUDE I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I do have photo evidence of this crass behavior. @yikesitsmeghan on Instagram.

Bad customer service, seems as if she couldnt speak basic English and responded with short and uninterested answers. I didn't sign up for a month subscription but was charged for one anyways. Requested for refund and order cancelled and they refused. Horrible. Will not even consider ordering from. Edit: lol they reported my review because it didn’t include a buying or service experience, that’s literally all my complaint is about 😂 ridiculous

I don't even want to give them a star. First of all when i placed my order it took them three weeks to get delivered from when they said it should be delivered. Second when i actually received the orders the bath bombs were broke. the rings were sizes to big then what i actually asked for. i emailed them about it and it took them four months to respond and then when they did every person that i talked too said that they didn't care and they wouldn't help me out. honestly will never order from them and i could find a better company who actually cares about good product and customer service.

You wont get a real ring like they said I hate it I would never buy more just stupid for them to scam someone like they are doing I didnt even get my complete order forget all that

I had to give them a star to write a review. They don't even deserve that. When I ordered the bombs I didn't realize I signed up for a monthly subscription!!! I only want them when I want them and only wanted to try them. When i asked to cancel they said they could change it to every two months instead of an every month order. That didn't happen cause the following month they took money out AGAIN!!! When I emailed I got a response of my membership would be canceled and I would get a refund. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my refund!!!! Bad move.

l haven't recieved my order yet, I ordered about the first of the month. I was given a tracking number and last week it was at the USPS waiting scan for delivery and on the truck to my address utbthat was over a week ago .I don't usually do this but this is my 60th b day this month so I thought I treat myself to something special, I was expecting 5 bombs w 5 rings. So I guess I won't be getting a bday gift this year eather, I wonder if my monthly bomb will be coming .Could I please get some answers please. Diana ruba,in Indianapolis indiana

I ordered some bath bombs around the begining of December. But they never showed up. I contacted bubbly Belle to inform them of my concerns and had to wait 3 days or so for a response!!! They oferd me a replacement for the order and i agreed at the time. But after the second order not shipping out either and getting absolutly no help from customer service i politly asked for a refund. I was told 7 to 10 business days at the most but had to call twice and it is now Jan 17, 2019 and i still do not have any of the compensation i was promised!!!!!! I will never order feom here again!!!!!

Your rings look like they come out of a Cracker Jack box. So cheap looking. They are not worth ordering the soap to get a piece of crap.
