Ordered something on accident
Ordered something on accident, called the costumer service and they were very quick to help me out. Got an email minutes after placing my order letting me know that my bath bomb and ring size were on back order asking if I wanted to change for something else. When I told them my answer they were nice enough to put my order on prioritize that way it got fulfilled. Excellent service, highly recommend

Canceled Membership
When I ordered the Bath Bombs, I was unaware that it was a membership So when I received the second order and another payment had come out of my checking account, I called them. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response I had gotten and with in seconds my membership was cancelled. No questions, no hassle and it was a pleasure dealing with them

The customer service is amazing!!
The customer service is amazing!!! I made a mistake in my order and they fixed it for me and I got my refund pretty quickly❤️ Waiting on the bath bomb now! but i already know i’m ordering here again!

I had a problem and they fixed it asap
I had a problem and they fixed it asap. I had ordered the wrong ring size and they responded to my email and fixed it within 15 mins. They are on it.
