SCAM! This company is awful. I added some things to my cart and backed out of the order, but was still charged and shipped lackluster bath bombs and rings. Then they charge me $22 for a ‘subscription’ I didn’t even subscribe for. I emailed the company and hope that they will cancel my subscription and expect a refund. Buyers BEWARE!

The quality of the bath balls are inferior with broken powder. The fragrance is very weak. Also, when I return the packages unopened marked "Return to sender" they do not automatically credit you for the return. I was told "That's not how our customer service works." I was also told that I must give plenty of time for the product to be returned and noted in the system which could take up to a month. Follow up call: I was told after 30 days we cannot issue a refund". Isn't that interesting that 1) They are able to look up returned products by your email (So why can't they automatically apply appropriate credit?). Because they do not operate ethically and hope individuals forget to follow up before the 30 days is passed. And after all this the sent me an email saying I had won a ring. Of course when I clicked to claim the free ring I learned I would have to order a Bubbly Belle at a discount. I consider this false advertising.

Can't figure out how to cancel membership?? I don't want the crappy bath bombs with the equally crappy rings anymore. I've been trying to cancel my membership for the past 4 months. I've even tried calling a few times and never get a hold of anyone.

Bought two bath bombs and got two free rings. I received a perfect package. My 2 “bonus” rings are exactly the same as one of the ones in the bath bomb. I know they don’t know what’s inside the bath bomb but maybe should take more time to make sure rings aren’t the same when they’re not in the bomb. The one bomb smelled like an old lady. The other was broken in the box, but the box wasn’t damaged... explain yourself....

I've been ordering for a while. I like the rings. I have gotten one over $20. But they are nice. Looking at the post, I've noticed that there has not been not one African American lady to win any of the prize rings. This bothers me. I want to support but having second thoughts. Ih and I got charged again this morning $28.94 for an auto order I never signed up for. I need that refunded asap. Melissa Robinson

Used my card after I cancelled my order,that, day not even two mins after.... Order I cancelled and even received no ring. The "free ring" GONE : WHY? I fear the BBB is not going to have my back I'm a single Mom who gave my future someday money I didn't have bc I'm using to save for a glam mychild and I have. I even write why I was cancelling... I said, bc your sh*# is too expensive for this single mom! Along the lines of that. I'm missing a ring. They want me to pay for shipping for my refund? Why you're the thrieves! $42.91 ..... For my daughter and I, can buy those bubble kits for less with less cheesy looking rings from WISH, or Amazon. I don't know. Still hoping I win so I haven't opened them up. Money this hard working mom was robbed!

Well I'm very disappointed I ordered the bath bombs with the ring I pd over 7 buvkx for it I never received it I was told my mail carrier delivered it but it just disappeared I have had arguments with this company over what's next apparently I lose my money and my bath bomb that I ordered what company does this I'm just out and oh well not good business practices I'd say

I’m only rating one star because zero isn’t an option.The package was never delivered, never signed for, never arrived. I tried to contact support for this because it said it was delivered and I was charged money for it but I never received a package at all. We only get packages at the leasing office which the tenants then have to sign for, even if we were at home during delivery, they just go to the office. The only support that was given to me was to check my mailbox and to ask my neighbors. Of course I have already done this. I was then told there was nothing that they could do to help me since it was already successfully delivered. Even though it never actually was!This company seems like a huge scam and has made my week that much worse. I will never order from this company again and advise anyone else against it. Reading reviews I’m not the first this has happened too! I would suggest having customers sign for their delivery so we know that they actually get them! This is complete crap and the amount of email spam I’ve received since my first and only order has been unbelievable. At least 4 a day!
