Me and my daughters love bath bombs and what a cool way to have the bathe fizz and enjoy a surprise ring. So I usually purchase from other suppliers and wanted to try bubble belle. I just Wanted to make a purchase but not to be set up with a monthly membership.. seeing $50 plus dollars taken from my account and receiving fragrances of bathbombs that I did not choose was .. no is frustrating. Emailing and contacting anyone I can to remedy this immediately and stick to my main suppliers

I received my order of bath bombers 2 of he rings were identical and the other 2 were same setting only different collar of glass , then I see where they want to take more out of my account. I signed up for 1 time only, not a month on end deal with cheep rings and also did not see any difference in the bombs on what they are so pose to do, plus way to xpencee. please put monies back in my account and don’t send anymore junck I can go better places and get good bombs.

Was put on a monthly subscription when I didn’t asked for it, but they are constantly trying to process a payment. They told me I chose to be on the monthly subscription. Well it I had to be in some fine print, because I would not have chosen that option. Scammers!

I have ordered a total of 4 times and accidentally signed up for the monthly service. When I realized I had signed up I called to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel this one but would be taken off the monthly plan. I didnt have the 30 dollars to spend at the time and tried yo explain it was accidental and was rudely told there was nothing they could do. The first 2 orders were okay. In the first one the ring sizes were not right, I enjoyed the bombs themselves but half the fun is the pretty prize at the end. I decided to give them another shot and ordered agian this time everything was correct and I really enjoyed all aspects. The third time I ordered the essential oil necklace. The concept is cool but the necklace itself leaked oil on my clothes. Then the topper is when the monthly bombs that they refused to cancel finally arrived they were so messed up and crumbled you couldnt tell what they were even supposed to be. And again all the ring sizes were wrong. I called to try and let them know not only did i get stuck with something i didnt want the product was completely destroyed by the time it made it to me. And once again i was very rudely informed that there was nothing that they could do to help me. Needless to say i won't be oredering again and this is just a little warning about the lack of customer service you will receive and blatant disrespect for the customer. It really seemed like they got their money and could care less if i was a satisfied customer or not.

Some how I've been entered into a monthly subscription that i never asked for . It is costing me money that I never intended to go to this place.

I received my bath bomb this time they were offer fell apart as so as the hit the water some fell apart before the were in the water. I was so disappointed.

I don't like not getting any answer s to my emails I have sent 3 of them and toldl you I have not got my free ring the last 3 Orders. Please remove my name from your list I also didn't get. my 3 rings the month thank you

Absolutely terrible customer service. Canceled my subscription immediately after they over charged me and didn’t send anything I asked for
