Ordered the Valentine's day special for the heart bath bombs and most of the rings were exactly the same and it said they would be different girlfriend wrote a review and they took it down because they said she cannot write the review because she did not buy them so writing it myself

first time I ordered I receive two rings a red and a yellow that was okay I got excited I ordered again and today I receive my second order and how in the hell did somebody put in 3 green in clear Ziploc bag I ordered the special 3 rings with 3 different colors I received three green stones same design now I will be calling back for my money that's nonsense

DONT ORDER FROM BUBBLY BELLE I am on the phone right now trying to get my money back after being charged for a monthly subscription...benn on hold for 5 minutes now. hung up...Im calling them back. They said I received an email that stated I was getting a monthly subscription and I was suppose to let them if I didn't want it! I have to try to catch the fedex man and refuse the package then once they get it back I will get my money back! Dont order from them!

Who else got fooled at paying 17 for a bath bomb and thought it was a dollar for additional two.thought total bill would be 20 at the the most . But the bill came in around $60. Never again

FIGHT THE IMPULSE TO FALL FOR THIS BATH BOMB COMPANY! They're on Facebook to try their Bath Bomb for $1.00 PLUS GET A 2nd SURPRISE RING! I ordered the $1.00 RING WITH FREE SHIPPING PLUS A 2ND SURPRISE FREE RING. Then they kept showing pop ups to get another ring for $7.95 so I should have received 3 RINGS FOR $8.95 WITH FREE SHIPPING. I about fell over when I opened my package there was an empty clear plastic bubble like from a gumball machine, ONE OF THE BATH BOMBS HAD AN EMPTY CLEAR PLASTIC BUBBLE AND MY INVOICE MADE MY BLOOD BOIL....it states BONUS RING 0.00 WHICH THERE WAS NO RING JUST AN EMPTY CLEAR BUBBLE, BATH BOMB $9.54 NOT $7.95 AS STATED ON WEBSITE $1.00 RING BATH BOMB! Not sure if it was the $9.54 Bath Bomb or the $1.00 Bath Bomb but there was just an empty Clear Plastic Bubble. ON TOP OF THAT I WAS CHARGED $7.95 SHPPING..... SO SUPPOSE TO BE 2 Bath Bombs and a Surprise ring for $8.95 well it subtotaled to $10.54 THEN CHARGED $7.95 FOR SHIPPING FOR A TOTAL OF $18.49 which was suppose to be 2 Bath Bombs and Surprse Ring So 3 Rings TOTAL WITH FREE SHIPPING. I know I repeated myself sevral times but I am so infuriated and mad at myself for falling for the scam they have a good racket going to give people the urge to impulse buy. I was out of state for my father's funeral when it arrived so my pet sitter brought the package inside I just returned home last weekend and finally going through my mail and things and at first was delighted to see the package until I cut the seal and opened it up. I Will be telling all of my friends and social media game friends of this. I definitely won't fall for this again and to you all at BB, YOU CAN STOP BLOWING UP MY EMAIL EVERYDAY MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY!

I never recieved my order.....I have just been out sourced @ my job to a company in China.....I was going to treat myself even though I really could not afford to do so. How could they do this..??????

Let me start with the fact that this company ROBS YOU. IM SO UPSET i ordered Halloween bath bombs for some reason didn't get any Halloween ones just weird stress ones? website was incredibly confusing and just kept adding things i wanted 1 Halloween bath bomb that's all i wanted but it kept offering free ones and some for a dollar so i was super stoked no total no anything i put my card and suddenly 97 dollars are taken from my account. not only that but the fact that i INSTANTLY EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL and they hit me with "cant do its already been shipped." which is absolutely ridiculous. I haven't used them still in the box and NONE OF THEM ARE HALLOWEEN. I'm appalled at how horrible this company is. what a shame.
