Was super excited to get my package. Literally tracked it everyday. Was excited because I’m allergic to the ingredients to a lot of bath bombs but these seemed like they would be okay! When I opened my package I received the incorrect bath bomb. And no free ring. I’m pretty bummed because I was looking forward to the ones I pick out. My son thought one was cool, but I was nervous to use it because I didn’t know the ingredients on that one. 😕

I order your bath bubbly for a promotion you had: Bath bubble was $i.00 and a free ring. You had another offer for 3 rings at the cost of $19,.97. It is called on my receipt "Premium Ring Package" The only thing I received was the bath ball and the ring partnered with the ball. I called your company to tell you that I didn't get the 3 rings. You're rep. was classless. She was getting annoyed as well I was also. I checked your BBB and was not surprised. I ask AGAIN for my rings My order # is1354815. Im a first time buyer an it will most likely be my last! So i ordered the 3 bath bombs and the ring. Well i didn't get my free ring an one of the bath bombs didn't even have a ring! Honestly it was a waist of money. When i ordered they said 2 days after i ordered that the bath bomb i wanted was on back order so they asked what i wanted to replace it with an i was asking about one of the shamrock ones an they then told me that they already sent my order out an that they already replaced it. So what was the point in asking me which one i wanted! Im VERY UNSATISFIED!!!

I ordered for the first time and paid for the extra rings well let me tell you they lie when they say these rings are worth money they are fake when they say pay so much more and get the premium ring ring package for them to be the same rings and fake I ordered the massage bath boom which I did not get I got something else and I ended up paying $35 for one bath bomb and three rings 2 get fake rings that turn your finger green they look fake and cheap when they advertise as a bath bomb kit quality rings and everything and they're not

Terrible experience. I ordered the massage bath bomb which is a minty color, I mainly ordered it due to the color. Well I got my package and it was a white and orange bath bomb..so I messaged them on Facebook letting them know what happened, they told me that bath bomb comes in other colors. So my 1st thought was well then why don’t Have a description under the bath bomb saying “comes in different colors” 🙄. So I asked if I could receive the minty colored bath bomb since that’s the one I ordered. They said they’re out, so THEN I called customer support the lady told me that the bath bomb “massage” should only come in the minty color. Then asked me to email a picture of the bath bomb I received and the bath bomb I wanted. It’s been wayyy over 24hours since I sent the email. I don’t know how it’s so hard to just fix this problem! Sounds like a stubborn company to me. Never buying from them again.

I was all excited to use this product, then I opened the little ring box and it was empty. I felt robbed! Total letdown!

I just received my bathbomb and my extra ring and they both were the same identical rings i was not very happy with the outcome
