I can only speak great things
I can only speak great things about Bubbly Belle. I have ordered from them several times. On 1 of my orders for some reason the ring size option switched on me and I had to contact customer service. I was worried that they might be able to change them but were able to. This last order that I received today was a replacement because the one I had order before was stolen-blame Fedex for not knocking & horrible people. The bath bombs are very well made, they are very hard (sometimes it can be tricky) the rings are beautiful. My girls loves them. Customer service dept. needs a raise, bouquet of flowers & a box of chocolates, those ladies are so awesome. A million thx.

They fixed it

Fed Ex shipping error
I ordered items for my grand daughter for Christmas and never received it after being told was delivered...I reached out to customer service and had items replaced.. I was very happy with them thank you

Ordered wrong size on ring
Ordered wrong size on ring! I texted after I ordered and within an hour they were responding ( on a Sunday morning) that they adjusted the order! Easiest company I’ve dealt with all year! Bubbly Belle rocks!!!

Response time when you contact them
I received a bath bomb with no ring and contacted them. They quickly wrote me back and when we were emailing back and forth they took at the max 10 minutes to respond. I did get a bath bomb with a ring to replace it
