The reviews that are shown are fake. I have never order any think from this company before and there was already a review post with my name stating how much I loved there product. When I did place an order they added things I never ordered. I canceled the order luckily and got my money retuned to my card, have read so many other post where they were waiting for a long time to get there money returned. I will never order anything from this company.

It took over 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get my package just to find out 2 of the bath bomb I ordered were ring free I have no intention on ordering from this company again when I called I got a very rude lady answeing my questions

I wish I didn't have to give them one star they don't deserve any. Please save your money and spend it on something way better for yourself. I am not just saying this because I'm upset I'm saying it because I have dealt with these people on several occasions and it never gets better and it gets worse. All the way from not receiving an order to false advertisement to just poor customer service. They are horrible and I don't even know how they're still in business but do yourself a favor and don't even bother with them. I wish I would've read reviews before getting excited to receive some bath bombs from a company that was going to be not worthy in the end. Please read all the other reviews and no they are telling you 100% the truth and save yourself the trouble. I wish I did !

First let me start off by I never got my free ring. Then I only got one out of the three bath bombs that I chose. My daughter used one bath bomb the ring looks like it came out of her princess dress up kit, the ring is all plastic when we looked up the worth is in $15 it looks like it came out of a gumball machine I could have easily spent $0.25 for a ring like this.

I placed my first order with them April 28. I ordered 3 bath bombs, a premium ring package and a free ring. I was hoping order came before May 8th because that's my oldest child/daughter's birthday and of course Mother's Day just a couple of days later. My ordered ended up coming on the 8th. The order was incomplete and did not have the premium ring package. I called immediately. Some that barely spoke english answered, but he seemed to have handled the situation. The replacement order arrived on May 17th. When I opened the box, there was an old Dracula bath bomb from Halloween and 1 ring in the box. Still no premium package. I'm very P.O.ed by this time. I've waited 3 weeks for what I paid for, and still nothing. I called them and once again, someone that could barely speak English answered. This time I was told to email or messenger them a photo of what was in the box and a representative would get back with me. No rep ever contacted me. I just happened to see an email that said they have processed yet another premium ring order. In my "opinion" I'm thinking maybe this company is racist or something. I mean did they really think I was going to back down and except the bs they are trying to pull?! I want what I paid for. I know none of the rings will be over 15.00, cause I'm pretty sure they are scamming their butts off, but I want what I paid for. The bath bomb from first order did smell great and was very soft. The Dracula however smelled terrible and turned some of my sink black.(I wasn't getting in the tube with that smelly thing..ugh) I also felt like they were mocking me or just being plan and simple A holes. They should be ashamed of themselves for their shady business. Will never in life order from this company again, and nor will my friends and family who come from a host of ethnic backgrounds. Thanks for a very unsatisfying experience Bubbly Un-belle, because there is not a ounce of "Beauty" in how you treat costumers!! June 5, 2020 I am editing this review to say, that Julie person who responded to this review was emailed as she asked and I have yet to receive a response.

I got my bath bombs last week the starry night one stained my tub black and left a black tent to my skin plus I paid extra for the 100 entries never received them and customer service is no help they said they will replace the bath bomb for free and charged my card never again will I order from this company

Terrible customer support. Don’t answer questions. When I received the wrong size rings (there were 5 total in my order including 3 of their “premium” rings) - after weeks of going around and around with their support staff and getting different answers, they finally agreed to exchange the rings but then said they will only exchange 3 of the rings and not all 5. Stupid policy. The stones in the rings are really cheap looking and the rings are definitely not silver. They do not look like the photos represented. The bath bombs are really strong smelling and made me sick because they were so flowery. No response to my question if they had any bath bombs without lavender or flowery scents. It would be an easy policy to exchange wrong ring sizes for the right size - but they aren’t customer caring. It’s all about upselling and getting people to subscribe. Definitely a bad experience and I gave them every opportunity to make things right.

Can’t even get my questions answered since the julie@bubblybelle. com link does not work.
