Premium rings apparently? I’m not sure $15 counts as premium. That’s more like a junk shop ring. Ordered 3 bath bombs that came to £40.00 with shipping. Then had to pay another £12 customs charge. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever had because they don’t ever get back to you. Don’t waste your money. Lush or bomb cosmetics are much nicer and better value.

I am truly disappointed with them!! I have ordered from them and never had a problem till now! My order was around $20 and they charged me over $300!!! I called to have it fixed and they did nothing but give me the run around. They don't want to fix it. They want me to wait till I get them and then send it back than wants me to call them to get my refund back. They said it could take up to a month month and a half to get my refund back.

My wife had ordered bath bombs through this company never had a problem up until now she had ordered three bath bombs at $20 total cost and they went up charging her account $323 only called to cancel the order and told them that they had made a mistake they gave us to run around had us call FedEx at FedEx and had the package and called FedEx they did not have the package and you cannot refuse a package through FedEx until they get it in their hands only thing this company did was make a label with a tracking number through FedEx to send the package out they're saying from 10:00 p.m. the night before when the order was placed for the three bath bombs totaling $20 that they had already sent the package out that they could not cancel the order unless we called FedEx and did a refusal from 10:00 p.m. the night before when the package was supposed to be ordered they said that they had done shipped it out with a tracking number at 8:00 am the following morning after FedEx telling us that they did not have the package that it would maybe take a day or two before they even got the package they still keep saying that they have done Shipped the package out FedEx says they make their own labels their own tracking numbers but their FedEx trucks do not pick up until later in the afternoon that way they can at least get all their packages ready to go this company is being very hard to deal with is giving the runaround and it's close to a lawsuit they want to get you to order a few bath bombs and they want you to give up when they overcharge you for things and not call and cancel the order that way that they can keep making their money for the little company that they are so that they can continue working and making their product during this pandemic of covenanting and so that they don't go bankrupt and so that they can continue putting money in their account this needs to be out there for everybody to read and see that orders from this company.

MY ring came the morning! Very disappointed not one of them is bigger that the head of a pin! You need a magnifying glass you can see him every stone out of the four rings is so small that it's disgusting you will never see me as a customer again so disappointed in your company the last time all the Rings were gorgeous this time I'm ready to throw in the garbage if that's exactly where they're going

Scam site. Avoid at all cost. They will automatically charge you a monthly membership whenever you place an order and will charge you over £20 plus customs fee for something they advertise as £1 they then do not offer returns or refunds in order to finalise the scam. Update: after Karl reached out to deal with me "directly" he asked for the order number, then told me to wait for a "manager", which I have been for almost 5 days with no word. I am still being charged over £60 for trying to purchase a £1 bath bomb, and had to get my bank to cancel an £18 pound monthly fee that is not even clear on what it is for... wow

Saw an advertisement for 1 dollar bath bombs and then it took me to offers and click on some of them and then didnt want em tried to click out of it and redo my order and cancel again it said insufficient funds. They took my money before i authorised which came to more than it said. i sent an email hopefully they give me my money back but because their terms say no refunds on sale items i doubt it. Still should give refunds regardless though not happy.
