Not happy at all. First time buying from this company and I will never again. They took my money but no emails saying anything about the products that I purchased. Nothing at all. Now I call and they are saying nothing I can do. Thats really bad business. Bad customer service. Not happy at all. They even took out two payments when I only purchased one time. 😡😡😡😡

Got my rings today I am not satisfied at all this was a waste of $55 I will never buy from here ever again it’s a waste of time & money

So I order back on sep 9th, being patient because of covid caused shipping delays I didn't contact anyone until October 11th!!! An entire month went by with no update on shipping, no updated that the ring size i wanted out currently out, no nothing. I then received a response from support that a. My ring size was out and being reordered and that I can choose a different size. These where gifts, gifts my sister had been begging for for over a year. Fifts that didn't arrive on her birthday or beforehand and now gifts that won't fit. I placed a 175 order! I received no compensation for my patience, no compensation for the unbearable size, no compensation for my order STILL not being here. Nothing i know I will never be spending my money at this business again. Save yourself the trouble

I ordered from you them 1 time and I did NOT sign up knowingly for there. monthy subscription!! Now I owe my bank 105.71 ..This is an issue .Not only have they taken my money out of my account I ended up in the er from there bathbombs turns out im highly allergic to them. I am waiting for my refund to be put back into my account soon or I will be forced to take further action... now i have to pay a hospital bill on top of being overdrawn. ☹☹🤨

Bath bomb looked like rust and dirt in my bath water. Fragrance didn't last but a few minutes. And to top it iff, my ring code repeatedly came back as invalid. This company, so far, apears to just be a make a quick dollar.scheme. Gues that's why they have an F rating from the BBB.spend Your money somewhere else. You'll be glad you did. Very dissapointed.

I saw an ad on Instagram advertising $1 bath bombs. In order to get my $1 bath bomb I was prompted to order four more, which I did. There was no “view cart” option and upon checkout I was shocked to see that I had actually spent over $100. This is a complete scam. The bath bombs took ages to arrive, to the point where I started to believe that I wasn’t ever going to get them; however, they arrived today. They all smelt awful, like toilet spray. I decided I wasn’t actually going to use them and that I would just get the rings. Upon checking the value of the rings, I found that they were all valued at $15. I doubt that’s true since I’ve seen similar costume jewellery rings elsewhere for much less. The rings were all tacky, I will never wear them. I also didn’t like how each bath bomb was wrapped in plastic. I think that this company is a scam. Do not buy from them. If you’re after quality bath bombs that are sustainably packaged and smell delicious then buy from somewhere like LUSH.

Got an email saying i was charged for something from Bubbly belle and my order was on the way. Nope i didn't purchased anything from them, the first and last item and i got from them already arrived months ago and now they charged me for almost $80? Called and emailed them the same day about that order and they told me and they told me that they cant do anything about it because the box is on the way. Like wth, i literally got the email and called them and they said that its already ot its way. On the same day! The box came and they told me to return it and they will give me a full refund that i paid for, NOPE! Bubbly Belle told me to send it back and i have to pay $20 to return it to the address they want me to return it to. Waited almost a month for my refund to process but they only refunded me $66 because they said they dont pay for the shipping fee thatbi paid when they told me they will give me a FULL REFUND! NO THANK YOU! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE ARE NO HELP AT ALL!

Please dont buy im.still trying to get money back my order has been stuck at customs and the customs keep demanding me for extra monel and bubbly belle are not helping me
