Non-responsive. Item never received. They use ShopPay and you're required to download the "Shop" app to check status. However, when it says "in transit" for several weeks and there is no tracking number provided, it's pretty much guaranteed that it never left the maker and they just took the money and generated a label. NO ONE'S home at Bubblegoods. (What I ordered wasn't worth going through a tiny online company with 19 BBB complaints on record.
