stay away i upgrade my account cost me 100 $ cad after fews days waiting my account haven't upgrade at all and tried contact customer service but havent get any reply

i'm planing to upgrade my account but i was worry will get scammed before i use paid service plan good to see you gave me chance with free account with minimum 0.005 for withdrawal when i trying refferal is require to withdrawal after everthing is done i still can't withdrawal with the reason "DUPLICATE ACCOUNT FRAUD!" how do i register multiple account with the same ip because i never do that! Very disappointing Now i was thinking maybe i'll get scammed because of that or you have any reason to tell me about why this happen.
