I ordered 4 packs of nails. I’ve opened all of the boxes however, I noticed that one of the packs had nails missing! I thought they fell off or something in the packaging, but when I took everything out that was not the case; the nails were legit missing! I didn’t even feel like going through the rigamarole of returning etc. so I just used them. however, the quality of the nails I received are amazing. I will be ordering again, but I think there needs to be a little more quality control measures to make sure customers are getting all of what they paid for.

The instructions are unclear, they are difficult to apply, many nails are wasted, and they fall off in less than a week

We're sorry to hear that our products didn't meet your expectations.Our XCOATTIPS can last over 3- 4 weeks normally. Pls make sure you had to follow below steps: 1. Prepare your nails correctly (Remove the cuticle, buff the nail surface, and clean up with alcohol) 2. Adhere the XCOATTIPS with regular glue or gel glue, and cure with a big lamp for 60's ( make sure that there are no air bubbles and cure completely) 3. Clean up the nail surface and apply a layer of builder gel and top coat ( cap the edges and cure 60s for each step) or this video can help you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GY7tqX30ZM Please have another try. The website is easy but I wish there was a way to pay with two cards. Also the gift card should have custom amounts. I wanted to do $35 but had to do $25
