Hi, I’m really disappointed with the result. I was advised that they would last approximately two weeks, however they didn’t even last two days. They keep falling off with normal everyday use, especially whenever I touch or handle anything. I’m also unhappy with the overall appearance. They look quite unnatural and seem to stick out rather than sitting neatly as I expected. Given how quickly they have started coming off and the quality of the finished result, I don’t feel that the service has met what was promised. I would appreciate it if you could please let me know how you can resolve this for me.

The quality of the nail glue and the nail came off before a week ended. I am very unhappy with my nail since they started to fall on day 3 and I made sure to watch lots of videos to help me apply it correctly and SECURE the nail to not hop off. The nails were cute but save your money if you want long lasting nails for 2-3 weeks.

I have been doing my own nails (acrylic and gel), and others, for about 20 years now. I was recommended this product for the idea you get like gel but the application process is much simpler and less time consuming. These did not work for me. I am familiar with how to prep nails and even doing so, they lasted days. I have played with glue on from the drugstore which last atleast a week. I emailed the company looking to return my kit and their response was asking me to apply more and take photos of me doing it to send them. Which is absolutely ridiculous. So, the product, in my opinion, is trash and their customer service is worse.

I was really excited about this product!! I bought everything…and I mean everything that was recommended, and still bought some extras!! The nail gel is horrendous!! It lifts within 24 hours. I troubleshooted. I googled. I AI’d it. I watched videos. I joined FB groups. I did everything under the sun to fix whatever was the possible problem. More gel, less gel, buff the fake nail, dehydrate the real nail, let it cure more, I even bought the best UV lamp I could find. Never again!! I waisted about $200 for this—so stupid. I want to cry. I am so terribly disappointed. 😔
