Great product.

Wasn’t a good experience made it like you get 3 items however I only received one and not even the size I requested. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE UPDATE!!! I wanted to update my previous review because BTArtbox Nails truly made things right. After my initial experience, their team reached out to me directly via email to understand what happened. They were very kind, responsive, and genuinely concerned about fixing the issue. They went above and beyond by offering to send me a nail set from their NYE holiday collection at no cost, which I truly appreciated. The communication was smooth, and the entire process felt customer-focused and sincere. Mistakes can happen, misunderstanding can happen but how a company handles them matters most — and BTArtbox Nails handled this exceptionally well. I love the nails. I don't so much like the gel nail glue. It dries gooey. Catches fuzzies. I have had 2 nails pop off and I totally say its probably user error. Its difficult to use in my opinion. Other than that, super cute, makes me feel all pretty.

Fast shipping! I got all of the Long Hair Pretty Nail press ons and they are SO CUTE!! Nice variety of nail sizes, easy to use, and great nail shape variety! I'm excited to try the other press ons next! I was able to do a full set for less than $15! I was able to reattach any nail that fell off. Will buy again!

I enjoy BTArtbox nails. Being that I do not go to a nail salon to get my nails done because of the acrylic really damaging my nails. BTArtbox gives me the salon feeling without leaving my home.
