I never received my package at all

Package has not arrived, customer service is nonexistent and my package is shown in another state. This is a disaster!! I placed my order on 09/13/25, estimated delivery 9/17/25 but has not left NY. I might even loose the package, according to USPS. Nobody has reach out to me, or said anything about the money I spend or if might get my package, USPS says postage has not been paid and they might keep the package as their property if it’s not been paid

I was looking forward to getting my order and it was supposed to arrive on the 16th and the 17th til it was sent back to sender with no explanation at all , so I for a refund.

False advertising and poor service. First order wasn’t as described and I wasn’t allowed to return, despite their “satisfaction guarantee.” Second order is now shipped to the wrong state. Misleading, frustrating, and unreliable.

Scam project does not pay commission to affiliates, you should stay away

I purchased several products from BT Artbox, including a set of nails, the base and topcoat duo, and the UV glue, and I am incredibly disappointed. These products do not live up to their claims. First, the UV glue is almost impossible to use properly. You have to apply and cure one nail at a time because the nail constantly slips around on the glue. Even when you manage to cure it, the nail doesn’t sit securely unless you’re physically holding it down under the lamp. Despite all this effort, the nails still don’t adhere properly and start lifting almost immediately, leaving noticeable gaps. The glue has also been incredibly damaging to my natural nails, severely affecting my nail beds. To make matters worse, the glue is extremely difficult to remove, which only adds to the damage. As for the base and topcoat duo, they peel off and chip far too easily. While the nails may look okay on the first day, by the next day they appear chipped, stained, and far from what I’d expect for the price. Overall, these products do not deliver on their promises. For the cost, I expected results that resembled a salon-quality manicure, but instead, I got something worse than cheap stick-on nails. I feel completely dissatisfied and regret my purchase. Save your money and avoid BT Artbox.

Ordered the XCOATTIPS® French - Long Square nails from Amazon and got scammed, so beware before you buy. They sent me 7 packs of press on nails that are a cheap brand instead. Not what I ordered and couldn’t receive a refund.
