The most beautiful nails I’ve ever had

After waiting over a month to finally receive my order, I was understandably frustrated at first. However, once the issue was addressed, I received tremendous help from the customer service team and they offered a fair and thoughtful solution, which I really appreciated. Now that I have had the chance to actually try the product, I can honestly say I am impressed. The quality met my expectations, and I am happy with how everything turned out in the end. While the delay was disappointing, the way the situation was handled and the final product itself made a positive difference.

The nails are absolutely gorgeous. I love the look, how hard and firm they are, the quality of the nails just overall everything i love about them. Please do sum new designs.

Unable to get nails to glue on. I tried the glue that was in set, gel glue, and the glue tabs/tape and none of these worked. My 18yr old daughter also tried and was unable to use these nails. Unfortunately this was a complete waste of money. Update: customer support has reached out to me and offered options to resolve my issues. I really commend this company for going above and beyond to work with me. This is something not many companies will do.
