Love the nails, could use stronger glue

I have gotten compliments on my nails—the color is so cute! They also feel strong. One downfall, for me, is the sizing. I just have smaller/shorter nail beds, so “short” nails I always have to file down and they’re still long.

Incredible custumer service! I had problems with the almond shape and customer service sent me a new box in square instead! Easy to apply the nails, I like that they have glue tabs that are kinder to my own nails. The white part on the French manicure will not disappear as on many other French bold because it is not sprayed on afterwards. Didn’t like that the nails were in a plastic bag though, had to find the right sizes myself instead of them being in order in a box.

Your nail products are amazing, however, it's about the delivery of my package. As I don't know where I can add this comment, I will add it here. I was outside, shoveling, and the delivery guy, was talking on the phone (in Arabic/Hispanic), I could see that it was a personal call, no manners at all, he never looked around, never saw me, and he just throw my package on the porch. Usually delivery personnel put it my mail box or go up the stairs and deposit the package at my door. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable, as it could have been something fragile or worst, it could have been stolen. I couldn't talk to him as he was on the phone and seems pissed while talking, which is not of my concerns, as he had a job to do, which he couldn't care less. In all my 8 years living here, I have never encountered a mediocre delivery like this. Hoping that something will be done with your delivery company, as I'm certainly not happy with what happened and will not be ordering again, especially if it gets thrown away again ! Hoping that this terrible service, that I have encountered, will be brought to the attention of the delivery company, as I didn't get any email or other notification from the delivery company, hence the reason I write it to you. Thank you in advance!

I got the starter kit because although I've been doing press on for a few months I wanted something to last a bit longer. I ordered the extra short because I like the click noise that happens when you tap a desk I want to be able to have my fingers straight up and still feel the tips of my fingers. The extra short was still a bit long for my preference. It was real easy to fix with a tiny bit of filing but if you get any of the french tips you're obviously going to be losing some of the tip. I will definitely be reordering the bare nails for use.

The purchase process was great. The supply was limited. The only issue I had was that 1 set of nails purchased was missing nails. This was rectified by customer service at no additional cost to me so I'm satisfied.

The nails stay put for 3-4 weeks with very few replacements. They still looked great when removed (for color change) after 23 days. My only minor complaints are that the short length is still a little too long, there are not enough choices of color in short length and nothing in extra short almond and I had difficulty using the adhesive strips as they bunched up and stuck to themselves when removing the cover.
