Your package is sent from our China warehouse and usually takes 7-12 working days to reach your address; however, your shipping time happens to coincide with our public holiday（10/1-10/7）, so there will be a slight delay of one or two days during flight arrangement and customs clearance export. So, out of concern, we used DHL to ship it again. However, we didn't expect that the DHL system's logistics label would not show your apt number. It might be that the system couldn't recognize the address line 2.
