God Awful place where no one knows anything but how much do I owe. My dad used to go here until he took his life last June. Its because of their scare tactics that sent him over the edge. I hate this place and all of the clowns (doctors) there. They are just as corrupt as all of our politicians.....left and right!!!!!!! I hope you enjoy your stay in HELL!!!!!

Beware Baylor Scott & White is running a scam whereby they charge you hospital rates at their clinics. You will receive bills incorrectly stating you were admitted and discharged at their hospital facility for blood work and see hospital facility fees just for seeing your doctor at their clinics (see included photo). They will claim they include all this in their fine print that you have to sign in order to be seen, but when asked to see the actual language, you won't hear back from their billing department for weeks. This was my first and will be my last experience with them and I am letting every single person I know and that I can reach to never do business with them.

They only care about easy cash flow with patients. They look good on the outside but could care less about the patients and forget preventative care at all.

Baylor Grapevine is horrible beyond the ICU. They won’t listen or respect your requests and if you’re incontinent, their “policy” is they expect you to piss and Sh*t the bed, then LAY IN IT until a nurse arrives. I can’t believe the state isn’t all over them for unsanitary business practices! By far, go to Methodist Southlake hospital instead!!

I was in the Emergency Room of BS&W in Temple at end of July. The invoice shows two days, as I was there from 10 a.m. til around 1 a.m. the next day. I saw a doctor just after 12 a.m. and the supervisor at 12:30 a.m. Before seeing a doctor I had to pay an unspecified invoice for $ 1,900. At home I got another one, where the prepayment was just assumed as $1,250. I had to find out that there was another invoice not showing up in my itemized statement. Average wait time 8 hours for days. Mine 15 hours. No possibility to get a lunch. Never again!

got charged for the maximum level care when i was dumped in a hall bed unmonitored for hours on end and only came in for some back pain, the bathroom had no working sink or soap, they tried to give me a pillow of someone they just discharged in the hall next to me with a stomach bug without washing it, they put my symptoms in wrong leading to unnecessary scans that costed 11k just for the scan to be mostly non dignostic (and still charge me 11k for a moslty usless ct scan) and another ct scan just before that they used some other guys ct scans as a comparison using it to say i was "greatly improved" when ive never had that ct before. calling and messaging costumer service got me no where and none of my issues were resolved over a month later because i kept getting transferred like 3 times then sent to voice mail. never making any progress.

The ER staff is insanely disrespectful and rude to everyone. A man came in behind us saying his wife was in the car and needed help. The security guard pointed at a wheel chair in the corner and said there are wheel chairs right there. The man responded he needed help. The guard said ok, and then and started talking to somebody else and completely ignoring the man. We had already checked in and had to wait in line again to get to the back to see my mother. Another person came out and was allowed immediately back. I asked why we weren't able to go straight back and the security guar began raising his voice asking if I wanted to visit a patient or not because he can make sure I don't get a visit. This place is insane. I've never seen a hospital or any medical staff treat people like this.

I got bills and appointments sent to my email address from these people even though I’ve never seen them. I tried to talk to tech support and they said there was no account associated with my email address. So then I had to call customer service, wait for fifteen minutes, only to get hung up on and now I have to start all over again. Who the hell runs this company?
