I purchased a gift for a friend from this store. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email when they had shipped my item out, which I never received. I emailed them three times to find out when they would ship my item as it was past the time it informs on their site. No response at all. The contact email on the actual website is invalid so no customer support of any kind. They only get one star but don't deserve that for the lack of communication. Very incompetent!!
