There was an issue with a thermostat housing for my 2006 BMW mini R50 (CVT) model. This particular model is not as common as other R50s.and not the first time I have been supplied the incorrect type by other Automotive parts supplier. For this reason I can not blame Bruce & Shark for this common mistake with this particular model. Upon realising the housing was incompatible with the cooling system I e-mailed Bruce & Shark about the problem with a request to help find best solution. I received a reply in good time with an apology and a soluton; an offer that was more than fair which I accepted. Mistakes happen but what really counts is genuine remedial actions. I was actually impressed with the customer service and pleased with the communications and outcome provided by Eren. Thank you.

My recent experience with Bruce shark, After reading all the bad reviews, I freaked out making a false judgement of Bruce shark and regretting the purchase thinking I’m gonna get scammed. I have ordered set of hoses for my BMW arrived in seven days. Please Don’t take much notice of other bad review I had a fantastic experience. My parcel had zero scanning after Dispatch which made me worry, don’t worry some courier staff are lazy to scan parcels, my parcel arrived in 7 days in a perfect condition and I can tell you it’s a really good quality hoses I’m really surprised. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Fully recommend very happy cheers
