Company is a scam. Ordered a front grill was given a tracking number yet wouldn't update after a few days said item was in transit for over 30 days. After I said I'd be requesting a refund the communication stopped. Do not buy from this company.

Company is a scam. It was nothing but problems from he start. Claimed it would be shipped FedEx Express gog Canada post 2 weeks behind schedule. Valvebody was supposed to be remanufactured and strictly tested. Showed up missing shift solonoids original gaskets and covered in extremely burnt transmission fluid. Do not use bruceshark.

Ordered a refurbished valve body for a 2021 Ford F150 and to begin with they sent me the wrong one and on top of that was not even rebuilt tried to get a refund and it’s absolutely impossible to get in contact with any of these people absolutely a scam do not recommend

Yamaha 99 Vstar 1100 Magneto Stator pickup coil. After installing the part the bike would not run so further investigation I found this parts pickup coil has a defect resistance of 554 ohms which is critical to be in the low 200's to maintain the timing of the electronic ignition on this bike. I informed B&S who replied with a brief 'we will forward this to our technician' and no further follow up in over a month, I get the message I have been ignored and they are continuing to sell this faulty product without informing the buyer of the pickup coil resistance requirements. They have not offered any further communication or assistance so purchase at your peril.

Took almost 3 weeks to receive my brake lights. When I received them, they were the incorrect ones and I had to pay a 35% restocking fee and pay for return shipping.

Sent incorrect items mislead description their answer to returning parts uhm have you tried selling the parts on facebook

Absolutely appalling service and communication. I placed an order, paid for it then received a tracking number. When nothing arrived after weeks I contacted their support team and heard nothing back for weeks. Finally they got back to me and said the item i had ordered was now not in stock. More weeks and contacting Paypal I finally received a reply and a refund. DONT risk using this company so poor customer service.
