Bait and switch. In May i ordered injection moulded body work for my motorcycle they said that it would take two weeks to paint and two weeks to drop ship them which i was fine with. After a month of hearing nothing i reached out to find that they were "hand making" them and they were not injection moulded and needed another month effectively keeping me from riding for the season as they are needed to safety my bike and get my plates. Their customer service stopped responding when i mentioned that was not what i purchased.

Pire expérience d’achat. J’ai fait l’achat d’un  « fairing » pour la moto de mon fils le 12 avril 2026. Il y a eu des enjeux de livraison que eux doivent régler il ne font que me renvoyer et la balle et refuse de me rembourser. Nous somme le 9 juin et je crois que je dois faire une croix sur mon achat . Je viens de perdre près de 700$ et je ne verrais jamais mon « fairing ». Ne pas encourager cette entreprise.

China drop shipping. Quality is 0 out 10. I ordered replacement plastics for a BMW 1250GS Adventure. Wrong color and wrong finish. 30% restocking and I pay for a return label. Disgusting company in China. Do not buy!!

Horrible costumer service, been waiting on my motorcycle new fairings for over a month now and tracking info just says when FedEx get ur package we’ll notify you like wtf … almost spent 600$ never buying from these clowns again

I purchased parts and Bruceshark nominated DEALFY to ship the goods but as much as I have a Tracking No, the forwarding g company is updating statuses with false Information. They claim that they tried contacting me yet nobody has. They say package out for delivery but they need to reschedule with me first, WHY? I then contacted Bruceshark via email and thier WhatsApp page but they ONLY respong o. Email telling me to contact the shipping company, yet they have no means of being contacted besides the tracking system and there is no option to chat with shipping company. I feel I been Scammed. I need help URGENTLY to either get a refund or my parts.

Ordered pool pump motor and after putting on within 2 hours was so hot melting the internal plastic components! Wanted video BUT last I checked can't smell or feel through video! Asked to send back for refund and said sure but I had to pay for return and 30% restocking! WTH, you send me CRAP and after 30% and postage I might as well have a very large pos paper weight! BEWARE this place will screw you if there is a problem with their China crap!!! Go elsewhere!!!!

Part received was broken, website finally let me into my account but claims I never bought anything from them so, no refund. Total scam, avoid like the plague.

they never respond to enquiries. takes months to get your order. I will never use them again. they give you the impression they are Australian based. that's a joke
