I would leave a ZORO if I could. Company is a SCAM. Do not order from them. This is what I just wrote them: ENOUGH is enough! What you said below makes no sense. If you look at BOTH tracking information, USPS and YOUR 17TRACK, they BOTH show Monroe NY. I live in Washington state! So this is your fault, not mine or USPS or 17Track. NOW, I would like my order or a FULL REFUND. I have attached BOTH tracking updates originated by BRUCE US. I had nothing to do with YOUR mistakes. Please advise ASAP. Again, do NOT order from them.

Boxers are much smaller than normal size. Large fit like a medium. Returns must go to China! That would cost as much as the boxers. I'll probably just donate them. They offered 15 percent back.

The company is a scam, they charged a credit card that we did not authorize them to use. I have had to call my bank and they cancelled the card. I tried to cancel the order because of the fraud alert my bank had put on my account. Bruce Boxers refused to cancel the order because it had already shipped, which was not true because they then sent me several emails stating that they were running behind on the shipping. They said when I received the package I could ship it back to them at my expense. The package finally arrived, the shipping address listed on the label is the address of a commercial refrigeration company in Texas, not a underwear company. I spoke to a representative at refrigeration company and they were upset that Bruce Boxers is using their company address, which is considered a form of fraud. I will have to return the package to a women in China and provide her with all my personal information on the return form. The shipping cost are very expensive to ship to China.

I just received my boxers XL and they run small. They do not fit! What’s the return policy?

Been waiting weeks for my order. I feel this is a scam. Very unethical for them to make people wait and wait when we need the product. Finally received the shorts. DID NOT last one hour. leaking down my leg. What a scam Please please do not buy this peoduct. I demand a full refund

The order shipped directly from China, not from a warehouse in the USA. It took longer than expcted to arrive. There is no branding on these boxers, and they seem like I received whatever the manufacturer was able to dig up at the time. The fit is horrible, other brands fit fine in the ordered size. Very uncomfortable, I wish I saved the money, as I wanted to see how these were, should have stayed with the other brand that is so much better. The last mile delivery service was by SpeedX which did deliver it to the correct address, but took weeks before it was in their hands from China. I would not purchase these again.

It is poor customer service when you have to return product to Asia and pay for it. You would think they would have a US address since this is probably their largest market. The boxers themselves seem poorly made and did not fit based on their chart. Lesson learned.
