Your boxers are way too small and after washing became even smaller because they shrunk. I’m not able to wear them. I like the concept and would appreciate you replacing them with a large size. I ordered 6 and never got them. I emailed them at least 7 times and never got an answer. Every time I would check the status it would show shipped and bogus tracking info after 4 weeks of purchase. They just stole my money.

I was excited to receive my 3 pair of Bruce Boxers but I tried them on and the fit is not true to size, ( I wear a large should have gotten an XL), they don’t keep you dry, and they cost a lot of money. After writing their customer service the response was I am sorry that your BB didn’t keep you dry and it leaked through your pant. You should consult with your Physician. Don’t waste your money or time plus it took nearly a 1.5 months to receive the product. If you don’t want to be embarrassed like I was, just use your current underwear with a pad. Embarrassed and unsatisfied customers!

Buyer, beware! Worst Customer Service experience I have ever encountered with any online company. First of all, this product is made in and shipped from China!!! Had I taken the time to read these reviews before making my purchase, I would not have placed an order. Secondly, the hassle involved in trying to return for a refund is unbelievable!!! The buyer must return the items to a city in Zhejiang Province in China! In some cases the cost of the return postage is more than the refund being requested. If the product were of a decent quality, I might feel differently. The fit is terrible, as is the fabric. I can't even imagine any man being comfortable wearing what amounts to nothing more than an adult diaper!

Ordered leakproof boxers for my husband after his prostrate surgery. It took about 3 weeks to get them!! They were not leakproof; did not have the liner that it showed in the pictures. Contacted the company and they were not helpful. I sent pictures of the boxers without lining but because I forgot to save the shipping label, they would not do anything!! Terrible company. Do not order from this company.

They didn't fit correctly. Attempted to contact the company and they are unresponsive. The only method of contact is email or through a link on their site. They never reply. There is no customer service phone number. And, now I am out $300 for a product with no customer support or way of returning the product. BE AWARE, be very awre of dealing with this company.

They delayed my order for a month. When I contacted them their site could not even identify a shipper, let alone an expected arrival date. They directed me to a site that tried to charge me $5 for talking to a person. They've got my $120, they havent shipped my order, and they try to charge you for talking to someone to get answers. If their quality of customer service is this bad then how bad is the quality of their product?

Ordered on December 9th... still not received. If I'd known it was coming from CHINA, I would never have ordered. My inquiries have all gotten the same form letter, B.S. I have applied to my bank for a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
