I am still waiting for my reward from febuary. No response from customer service. I think this is a scam. I am going to report them to the better business bureau.

I transacted a $25 Amazon e-gift redemption. Sent 5 emails concerning non receipt of the reward. To date nothing. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: I did receive that payment plus another. I've only been using this for about 2 weeks. I've reached two $25 payouts so far. The first one I got the next day. The second one has been over a week and I am still waiting for that one. Im going to refrain from doing anymore until I get paid

Yes I just started doing surveys for them since around about Novmeber 2024 the only issue that I have so far is the payout here it's been a week and still have yet to see the e gift card of $25 I have emailed support twice nothing back from no one I have a screenshot showing I redeemed it out in 2/5 its been a week today. What I dont understand is why they need to take up a week to give people there payments plus why not use PayPal instead that needs added to an option for everyone be easier to do I also work for other survey companies since you don't know this I have saw 2 using your stuff and I have backed out I don't do them they should not be using it that needs stopped. I finally did grt that I was not suppose to contact support on it but the virtual on it but I did grt it but other than that brox.ai is a great survey company.

this platform is absolutely amazing.They're easy surveys.They're done video.If you're honest and you're consistent then you can make some really good money with this platform and they pay quickly

They reject my rewards despite being honest in my answers. Not sure if it's worth time.

Thought it was a ligit website but I've gotten close to cash out and now I can't log in keeps saying links expired then profile updated and still can't log in tried customer support over and over and over but it's terrible I've never gotten a reply or answer for my issues don't even think their is customer support really lousy not worth the time or headaches
