Great experience from ordering to receiving! I love the dresses!

This was my first clothing order with Browwin.com and it included about 12 or 15 tops and dresses. They order was held until all pieces were ready to be shipped in one shipment at my request, so yes it took a while to get my order delivered, which I fully expected. When the entire order arrived the clothes were all as represented and in perfect condition. Everything ran true to size except two pieces, but my normal summer activity will fix that issue, lol, really. There were a couple pieces that were determined out of stock or discontinued so there was a refund made to my credit card automatically for those items. All communication between Browwin.com and myself during the order process was timely, professional and informatively on point with my needs. I highly recommend this company and look forward to ordering from them again. ❤️

The dress did not appear to be the same quality/material represented in the pictures. Also the size ran small.

I was pleasantly surprised when the dresses arrived in a timely manner, were true to size and the material was of good quality and extremely soft (I'm a texture person). My previous Social Media shopping experiences had not been so great so I was ecstatic when this turned out as promised! Would purchase again!
